Food preparation raised to the form of culinary art
Matcha Tea is the original Japanese green tea that has many benefits in its raw form. After heat treatment, it maintains its so called fifth umami taste, a fifth taste that gives style to each food. The original green colour catches attention of each foodie and will help you create a colourful dessert with no artificial colourants.
Try Bio Matcha Tea Chef as an ingredient in your favourite recipes, while baking pies, bread, potatoes, or try it as an effective sprinkle on whipped cream desserts. With matcha, each food is an unforgettable original.
Exotic magic in salty and sweet cuisine
Culinary hit
Desserts with matcha are very popular in Japan. Try them yourself! Add matcha to batters, creams, or even cake fondants. Use it to cover chocolate pralines or vegan balls. Add it as a spice to soups, dips, or even meat marinades.
Using matcha in cuisine is limited only by your fantasy
Cookies, Christmas candy, Easter confectionery, cheesecake, swiss roll, sauce, snack bars, crackers… There is no limit to your experiments! You can find all our recipes here.
Does Bio Matcha Tea Chef contain any allergens?
Bio Matcha Tea Chef contains only culinary grade of matcha, which has no allergens.
What is the recommended daily dose of matcha?
Daily dose for an adult is around 4-6 grams of matcha per day. Pregnant, nursing, and children should not go over 2 grams a day.
How to store Bio Matcha Tea Chef?
Bio Matcha Tea Chef should be stored in a cold and dark place. After opening, close the pack carefully and store it in a cold place, where the tea is protected from light and warmth (preferably in a fridge or a freezer). Light, warmth, and humidity are the worst enemies of matcha tea and they rapidly destroy its taste and colour, so you need to carefully protect your tea from all of them.
Can I use Bio Matcha Tea Chef for drinking?
Bio Matcha Tea Chef has a stronger taste and a little more bitter taste. As it is expected to be mixed with other ingredients, stronger taste is needed in this product. That is why we do not recommend drinking Bio Matcha Tea Chef.
For drinking, our Bio Matcha Tea Harmony is recommended, as it has finer taste, or even better, try Bio Matcha Tea Premium.
