Ingredients
- 300 g Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of chickory sirup/agave sirup or other sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Bio Matcha Tea Chef
- For toppings: coconut, dried goji, pecan nuts, müsli…
- Tools: baking paper
Instructions
- Whisk thoroughly Greek yogurt, matcha and the sweetener in a bowl.
- Pour the mix on a pan or other flat surface laid out with baking paper.
- Spread it roughly to the format of A4 sheet of paper. The yogurt layer should be thicker. If it is thinner, it melts very quickly.
- Sprinkle with nuts, fruit or anything else you like.
- Put it in a freezer for at least 3 hours.
- After freezing, break the frogurt into pieces, put them in a container and keep in a freezer.
