Matcha Frogurt

This snack is perfect for hot summer days. Frozen yogurt mixed with matcha and sprinkled with all that you love. You can add nuts, dried fruit, müsli, seeds, coconut.... anything you like 😊 This recipe was created by our fan Veronika Poláčková.

Ingredients

  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of chickory sirup/agave sirup or other sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Bio Matcha Tea Chef
  • For toppings: coconut, dried goji, pecan nuts, müsli…
  • Tools: baking paper

Instructions

  1. Whisk thoroughly Greek yogurt, matcha and the sweetener in a bowl.
  2. Pour the mix on a pan or other flat surface laid out with baking paper.
  3. Spread it roughly to the format of A4 sheet of paper. The yogurt layer should be thicker. If it is thinner, it melts very quickly.
  4. Sprinkle with nuts, fruit or anything else you like.
  5. Put it in a freezer for at least 3 hours.
  6. After freezing, break the frogurt into pieces, put them in a container and keep in a freezer.
