Rooibos Latte Hot

Recipe for the traditional Rooibos latte that can be a caffeine-free alternative in the moments of relaxation.


  • 2 g Bio Kysoun Rooibos
  • 200 ml of hot milk or its vegan alternative
  • 50 ml of hot water
  • sugar, honey, or a sweet sirup
  • cinnamon or vanilla


  1. Make foam from the hot milk.
  2. Shake rooibos in hot water up to cca 70 °C.
  3. Add sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and shake again.
  4. Pour the foam into a tall glass through which add rooibos. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top and you are ready to serve.
