Ingredients
- Bio Matcha Tea Delicacy or Ceremony
- water about 70°C
- tea bowl (chawan)
- bamboo whisk (chasen)
- bamboo spoon (chashaku)
Instructions
USUCHA – Put about 2 g of Matcha Tea in a tea bowl and add 70 ml of hot water of about 70 °C. Then whisk with the bamboo whisk until rich foam appears.
KOICHA – Put about 4 g of Matcha Tea in a tea bowl and add 40 ml of hot water of about 70 °C. Then whisk with the bamboo whisk to a thick beverage.
