Matcha Smoothie with Cucumber and Yogurt

Healthy Matcha smoothie with cucumber and yogurt!

Ingredients

  • half of a cucumber
  • 3 ml lemon juice
  • tuft of fresh coriander
  • 1,5 tablespoon aloe vera juice (15 mg of aloe vera)
  • 80 g soy yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 180 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon of omega-3 oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 4 g Matcha Tea

Instructions

  1. Peel the cucumber, press the lemon and pluck the coriander leaves.
  2. Put the cucumber, lemon juice and coriander into a blender together with the rest of the ingredients and mix into a smoothie.
