Ingredients
- half of a cucumber
- 3 ml lemon juice
- tuft of fresh coriander
- 1,5 tablespoon aloe vera juice (15 mg of aloe vera)
- 80 g soy yogurt (unsweetened)
- 180 ml water
- 1 tablespoon of omega-3 oil
- pinch of sea salt
- 4 g Matcha Tea
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber, press the lemon and pluck the coriander leaves.
- Put the cucumber, lemon juice and coriander into a blender together with the rest of the ingredients and mix into a smoothie.
