Matcha Hearts

Cute but also tasty hearts with matcha filling coated in matcha chocolate are a heartfelt dessert made with love not only to Matcha Tea :)


For cca 6 pieces:
  • two cups of spelt flour
  • 4 g Bio Matcha Tea Chef
  • 2 eggs
  • sweetener (e. g. xylitol)
  • 1,5 cup of coconut milk
  • Matcha chocolate, 24carat and powdered gold for decoration


  1. Whisk the egg whites.
  2. Whisk the egg yolks with the sweetener. Add flour to the yolk foam, Matcha Tea and coconut milk. Carefully mix in the egg whites.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes on 170 °C.
  4. Coat the cold hearts with Matcha chocolate and decorate with gold.
