Ingredients
- 2 large egg whites or aquafaba (chickpea water)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar, maple syrup, or other sweetener
- 2 g Bio Matcha Tea Harmony
- at least 250 ml milk (animal or vegan)
- ice
Instructions
- Whip the egg whites or the aquafaba (chickpea water).
- Add sugar and whip again.
- Add 2 g matcha into the final mix and whip until the foam is cream and firm.
- Put ice into a glass and add milk.
- Decorate the glass with matcha foam and you can sprinkle some matcha on top.

TIP!
To make the taste stronger, you can add matcha to the milk as well – just shake the milk and matcha in a shaker.
