Matcha Dalgona Tea

The drink that is the star of social media right now with a matcha twist! Matcha with milk and emerald green foam on the top, that's Matcha Dalgona. The recipe is surprisingly easy - see for yourself!

Ingredients

  • 2 large egg whites or aquafaba (chickpea water)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar, maple syrup, or other sweetener
  • 2 g Bio Matcha Tea Harmony
  • at least 250 ml milk (animal or vegan)
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Whip the egg whites or the aquafaba (chickpea water).
  2. Add sugar and whip again.
  3. Add 2 g matcha into the final mix and whip until the foam is cream and firm.
  4. Put ice into a glass and add milk.
  5. Decorate the glass with matcha foam and you can sprinkle some matcha on top.

TIP!

To make the taste stronger, you can add matcha to the milk as well – just shake the milk and matcha in a shaker.
