Ingredients
For batter:
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of oil
- 6 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons of gluten-free flour (e. g. Jizerka, Dove’s Farm or other)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- lemon peel
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 6 g Bio Matcha Tea Chef
For cream:
- 500 g smooth cheese
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 250 g butter
Coating:
- 1 bar of baking chocolate
- 100 g butter
Instructions
- Separate egg yolks and egg whites.
- Mix egg yolks with sugar, add oil and lemon peel.
- Add vanilla sugar, flour and baking powder.
- Whisk the egg whites and carefully incorporate them in the batter. You should have a smooth batter.
- Spread the batter on a baking tin with a baking paper and put in the oven for 8-10 minutes on 220 °C. Then take the tin out and let it cool.
- In the meanwhile, mix the cheese, sugar, and softened butter. Spread this mix over the baked batter.
- Let the cream stiffen and then pour melted chocolate over the top.
- Let it stiffen and you are ready to serve.
