Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free Matcha Cookies

Very tasty cookies with no gluten and no added sugar!

Ingredients

  • 4 g Bio Matcha Tea Chef
  • 30 g coconut flour
  • 35 g chicory sirup or honey
  • 30 g softened butter
  • 15 g desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven for 170 °C.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
  3. Divide it to 16 parts and make balls from the dough. Put the balls on a baking sheet and squish them with your fingers to nice little cookies.
  4. Bake for about 8 minutes.
  5. Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down (the cookies are very fragile while hot).
