Ingredients
- 4 g Bio Matcha Tea Chef
- 30 g coconut flour
- 35 g chicory sirup or honey
- 30 g softened butter
- 15 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Preheat the oven for 170 °C.
- Mix all the ingredients and make a dough.
- Divide it to 16 parts and make balls from the dough. Put the balls on a baking sheet and squish them with your fingers to nice little cookies.
- Bake for about 8 minutes.
- Take the cookies out of the oven and let them cool down (the cookies are very fragile while hot).
