Ingredients
Base:
- 140 g butter cookies
- 50 g butter
Cream:
- 500 g soft cheese
- 200 g white yoghurt
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 6 sheets of gelatine
- 6 g Bio Matcha Tea Chef
- 100 ml water
- lemon juice
Instructions
- Crush the cookies and add melted butter.
- Put this mix in a cake form and push to all sides (20 cm diameter).
- Bake for 10 minutes on 180 °C.
- Meanwhile prepare the cream. Put the gelatine sheets in water, take it out and melt.
- Put the gelatine in the mix of cheese, yoghurt and sugar. You can add a little lemon juice.
- Mix into a smooth cream and divide in two parts.
- Put Matcha Tea and water in a shaker and shake thoroughly. Put one third of matcha in one part of the cream, and the remaining two parts to the other cream part.
- Mix and then put one layer of cream on the base and top it with the other.
- Leave in a fridge over night.
