Even more interesting were the changes in LDL levels regarding the dramatic reduction of the body fat weight and overall surface of fat.
These results led the scientists to conclude that drinking of tea that contains 690 mg of catechins for 12 weeks helps lower body fat, and that catechin consumption can help prevent and improve some civilization diseases ‒ for example obesity.
